Because the site is a client-side tool with no user accounts, no user-uploaded content, and no server-side image processing, we are typically not the correct party for content-related requests (see below on the DMCA section). For questions about the site's own content — the text on these pages, the visual design, the JavaScript library integration — this is the right contact.

Trademark Notice

The site references a number of third-party platform names throughout its documentation, because those platforms are the primary destinations users are cropping profile pictures for. Specifically:

The tool is built on several open-source components. Their licenses continue to apply and require attribution:

  • Cropper.js by Chen Fengyuan — MIT License. The core cropping interaction is provided by this library.
  • Tailwind CSS — MIT License. The styling framework used throughout the site.

Both libraries are loaded from public CDNs and are unmodified.

DMCA / Copyright Complaints

Because the cropping tools on this site run entirely on the user's device and we do not host user-uploaded images, we are typically not the correct DMCA target for images that appear as avatars on third-party platforms. If your copyrighted image is being used as someone's Discord or Instagram profile picture without authorization, the takedown request should go to the platform that hosts the display of that image, not to us — we did not host it, transmit it, or make it available.

If you believe content that appears on pfp-cropper.com itself (the pages we author) infringes your copyright, email legal@pfp-cropper.com with: the copyrighted work you claim is being infringed, the URL on our site where the infringing content appears, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Accessibility

We aim to make the site usable with keyboard navigation, screen readers, and reduced-motion preferences. The tool is not perfect on this front — a cropping interface is inherently visual — but the pages themselves use semantic HTML, sufficient color contrast, and honor the prefers-reduced-motion media query. Advertising Disclosure

The site displays one banner advertisement on tool pages to help cover hosting costs. Ads are served by a third-party ad network. We do not endorse the products or services shown in the ads and do not receive per-click compensation beyond the standard ad-network revenue share.
